Municipal Property Tax due by the end of May

All property owners should have received by now correspondence from the Portuguese Tax Authority (AT) concerning the Municipal Property Tax (Imposto Municipal sobre Imóveis – IMI). This notification was either sent by post or through Via CTT (the Tax Authority Electronic Notification system).
This Municipal Property Tax can be paid all at once, or in installments, and it is due by the end of May.
